Nominator's project description
| Professor Browning is one of the international leaders in the field of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. His current research focus is the development of new imaging methods for in-situ microscopy at or near atomic resolution in liquids and gases, which are used, for example, to study battery and catalytic materials. In Germany he intends to further advance the data acquisition and image processing algorithms for the recording of time-lapse image series in liquid. |
